My name is Kara Ray. I have enjoyed assisting clients feel their finest and look luxurious for the past 13 years. This was my goal since I was a teenager and have loved it ever since. I have been trained in all areas of the beauty industry. My favorite is helping people to look younger through skin care treatments such as; facials, peels, and micro dermabrasion, and make-up application. I am also licensed in "permanent" make-up. Upon graduating from The Utah School of Massage Therapy, I received over 800 hours of training. My education focused on Shiatsu, Reflexology, Acupressure, Swedish, Sports, Injury, Cranial Sacral, and Trigger Point Therapy.

My belief to a well balanced life begins with good mental and physical health and massage therapy plays an important role in maintaining that balance.

Linda Prather

Linda Prather is a Certified Massage Therapist and Yoga Instructor. She most recently graduated from Denver School of Massage Therapy (May 2008) but began her mind/body passion as a Yoga Instructor in 2001. Her massage training includes the following modalities: Swedish, Deep Tissue, Structural, Trigger Point, Injury, Russian Sports, Shiatsu, Cranial Sacral, Pregnancy and Infant Massage, Hydrotherapy and Acupressure. Linda has also studied at Wat Po in Bangkok Thailand to learn Traditional Thai massage. Her Yoga trainings include -- Hatha, Ashtanga, Kundalini, and Pre-Natal Yoga

Linda combines her techniques using different modalities in each session to create a treatment based on the needs of the client that is truly unique to each individual she encounters. By taking the time to listen with eyes, ears, and hands, she seeks to connect the physical self with the mind to create a relaxing and holistic experience. Her touch is healing and intuitive, facilitating an experience of deep relaxation which allows wholeness and balance of the body, mind, and spirit. Her passion also includes educating her clients on the benefits of massage for a healthful lifestyle.
